What is the typical length of a seminar?

Our custom seminars range from ½ day workshops to weeklong seminars bookending full year leadership programs. The length of the seminar is based entirely on what you would like to accomplish. Some organizations like to employ our moderators and contents for smaller portions of their work or board retreats.

How many people can be accommodated in a custom seminar?

The ideal size of a seminar is 15-24 participants per room.

If you have a larger group, we have a number of ways to accommodate more people, including designing a series of concurrent seminar rooms or a series of breakout sessions so that multiple groups are all engaged in the same content and discussion.

We are also able to accommodate smaller groups (6-10 participants) as needed.

Where are custom seminars held?

Custom Aspen Leadership Seminars can take place in any location you choose – domestic, international, and even virtually.

While our Aspen Meadows campus in Colorado provides a serene backdrop for reflection, our design and delivery team will work with you to advise on the best location and venue to ensure the optimal experience and success of the program.

How long does it take you to design a custom build seminar?

Typical lead time for custom leadership seminar delivery is 4-6 months from contract signature date. However, we are flexible and can adapt as needed.

What is the process like to build a custom seminar?

Our delivery team begins with a discovery call to discuss your objectives and the specific challenges the team/group is facing. We take the time to learn about your group’s dynamics and culture, ensuring alignment on the goals you hope to achieve through the seminar.

With this foundation, we design a customized curriculum tailored to your needs and thoughtfully pair your group with a moderator whose style and experience complement both your goals and group dynamic.

Throughout the process, our design and delivery team works closely with you to advise and manage all logistical elements, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience.
