Galen Voorhees

Senior Conference Manager, Congressional Program

Galen Voorhees is the Senior Conference Manager for the Aspen Institute Congressional Program where she organizes bipartisan policy forums for sitting members of Congress. Prior to the Aspen Institute, she served as Manager for Global Partnerships at the United States Chamber of Commerce overseeing strategic projects and events as well as managing their economic index publications and productions. Before her time at the Chamber, she served as Special Assistant to the British Ambassador to the United States in Private Office at the British Embassy Washington, and then as Deputy Chief of Staff. Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Galen graduated from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington.
