Aspen is a place for leaders to lift their sights above the possessions which possess them. To confront their own nature as human beings, to regain control over their own humanity by becoming more self-aware, more self-correcting, and hence more self-fulfilling.
Our leadership and topical seminars emphasize text-based dialogue in small-group settings to facilitate knowledge sharing, values exploration, and both personal and collective awareness.
“As CEO, taking the time to sharpen the saw is critical. The Aspen Executive Seminar is the best whetstone out there.”
Reed Hastings, Founder and CEO of Netflix
