This event will also be the culmination of the Aspen Tech Policy Hub fellowship. Apart from being the Director of DARPA, Dr. Prabhakar is also the former head of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), as well as an engineer, an executive and a partner for an early stage venture capital firm. Dr. Prabhakar will be speaking on her perspectives on the intersection of technology, science and policy.The Aspen Tech Policy Hub is a West Coast policy incubator, training a new generation of tech policy entrepreneurs.
